- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 20 wonton wrappers
- GLAZE
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 clove garlic minced
How To Make curried beef dim sum with sweet soy glaze

Step 1Mix the ground beef and green onions together. Set aside. Mix the ginger, garlic, curry powder, cornstarch, salt, sesame oil, and 1 egg. Mix into the ground beef and green onions. Refrigerate for 2 hours

Step 2Lay out the wonton wrappers on work station. Beat the remaining egg. brush the wonton wrappers edges with the egg. Fill each wonton with the beef mixture and squeeze the sides of the wonton wrappers up the sides leaving them open at the top.

Step 3Working in batches, Steam the dim sums over boiling water in a bamboo steamer about 5 minutes.

Step 4Mix the glaze ingredients together and spoon over the dim sums before serving
