Orange Prosciutto Crostini
1/3 cwhipped cream cheese
1/3 corange marmalade
2 Tbspfresh chopped basil
1 Tbspolive oil
·grated peel from an orange
·salt and pepper
How to Make Orange Prosciutto Crostini
- Toast bread slices, if desired. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese spread onto 1 side of each slice of bread. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon marmalade over cheese spread on each but do not cover cheese completely.
- Lightly roll each prosciutto slice into cone shape; place over marmalade on each.
- Place on serving plate. Sprinkle with basil, orange peel, salt and pepper; drizzle olive oil over each. Serve immediately.
