I LOVE banana bread! More importantly, so does my granddaughter Jill. I'm so glad that I tried this one. I can say now what a fabulous difference it makes to take a few minutes to caramelize! I decided to try it because Jill would be coming after school the next day! I wanted to use a new recipe as we have enjoyed cooking together since she was a very little girl. This recipe is fabulous! It certainly willl be at the top of my go-to list. The caramelizing is not difficult at all. I started that first then assembled my ingredients. The bread is beautiful and moist and delicious. I wanted to upload a picture, but I can't seem to do it from my Kindle. Sorry! It was beautiful!
