So this was terrific. I have had sashimi bowls before, very similar in fact except for the gojuchang sauce. That sauce is amazing. I only made one bowl but made the full recipe for the sauce and am going to use it on things this week. If you aren't familiar with gojuchang, the sauce kind of reminds me of say an earthy siracha sauce sweetened with pineapple juice. 5 stars for sure! Thanks for posting! MERP'd for SWT 2019, Sue Chefs
