Mel Thanks for the lovely comments, 5 stars and Stamp of Approval. It is very much appreciated. I'm glad you liked the recipe and nothing wrong with using what you have on hand. Also, thanks for the great pictures. I love the one that is featured, very colorful. I just said something to Fred about making fish tacos. Not his favorite unless the fish is fried, but who needs the breading when putting in a taco shell. I love your idea of serving on top of the slaw without the shell. Would cut down on carbs for sure.
