Also, thanks for the great pictures. I love the one that is featured, very colorful. I just said something to Fred about making fish tacos. Not his favorite unless the fish is fried, but who needs the breading when putting in a taco shell. I love your idea of serving on top of the slaw without the shell. Would cut down on carbs for sure.
