This looks both beautiful and delicious! My mother-in-law has been making red cake for years and for the last several years I have been the one making them instead. I have been searching for a cheesecake version for quite some time ( after visiting the Cheesecake Factory), now it's time for me to kick the red velvet up a notch! Trying this one as we speak, hoping it looks as great as yours!
