Photo Of Pic 2. After Smoking. Mesquite Chips Was Used For Smoking A 12.5 Lb Turkey For 6 Hrs (220 Degree).  Picture Was Taken Directly After Smoking It, And As You Can See, It Did Not Last Long, Before Everyone Began Consuming It..delicious!
