This was a lovely surprise Sheepdoc. We really enjoyed it. It was tart, tangy sweet and spicy. I enjoyed it hot today, tomorrow it will be on ice. I can't wait. I'd rate this 5* out of 5*. Made for Culinary Quest - Russia for the Suitcase Gourmets.
