Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, chilled in the freezer for 30 minutes; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 8 Tb (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces; 1/4 cup sour cream; 2 tsp fresh lemon juice; 1/4 cup ice water; 1 large or 2 small zucchinis, sliced thin; 1 Tb plus 1 tsp olive oil; 1 medium garlic clove, chopped; 1/2 cup ricotta cheese; 1/2 cup (about 1 ounce) grated Parmesan cheese
