BBQ sauce; 2 T. ketchup; 1 T. sugar; 3 stalks celery, diced; 2 carrots, diced; 1 chopped onion (or 2 T dehydrated); 1 small clove garlic, minced or pressed; ¼ tsp. lemon pepper; 1 pinch red pepper flakes
