1 c mashed ripe bananas (about 2)

3/4 c buttermilk (see recipe below)

1/2 c vegetable or canola oil
•
1 ts vanilla extract
•
2 large eggs, room temperature

For the frosting:
•
2 c sifted confectioners' sugar
•
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
•
1/4 c + 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
