Ingredients: 1/2 cup olive oil; 4 cloves garlic, minced; 1 teaspoon dried oregano; 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 cup white wine vinegar; juice of 1 lemon; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/8 teaspoon black pepper; 1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and roughly chopped; 2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges; 1 cup julienned swiss cheese; 1 cup julienned smoked ham; 1/2 cup green olives with pimentos; 1 cup quartered marinated artichokes, each sliced in half; 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
