INGREDIENTS
For the Cake:
½ cup whole milk, room temp
4 large eggs, room temp
3 tsp good vanilla extract
1¾ cups (7 oz) cake flour
1⅓ cups white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp table salt
16 TB salted butter, sliced and softened to room temp
For the Frosting:
4 cups heavy whipping cream, very cold
1 cup powder sugar
10 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
6 oz milk chocolate, melted and cooled to room temp
4 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
3 TB water
