1 medium green pepper, cut in rings

1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice

1/2 cup water
•
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce
•
1/2 cup brown sugar
•
2 tablespoons water
•
2 tablespoons cornstarch
