250g Rhubarb, cleaned and chopped into chunks
250g Strawberries, cleaned, hulled and cut in halves
1 tbsp lemon juice or ½  tbsp citric acid
1 tbsp water
50g Sweetener (erythritol and allulose) *
4g gelatine powder, unflavored **
1 packet/satchel stevia powder Sweetleaf
½ tsp stevia liquid (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon ground
