Ingredients: 2 cups flour; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1 c. milk; 1/2 c. oil; 2 eggs; 2 tsp. sugar; 1 tsp. salt; 250gm frozen spinach; 100gm Feta cheese Parsley for garnish.; For the Frosting:; 200gm Herbal cream cheese; 4 Tbl. milk
