Ingredients: INGREDIENTS; 2 cans Artichoke hearts drained and roughly chopped I prefer Cento; 1 small box of frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed dry; 1 med clove of garlic, minced fine; 1 green onion diced; 1/2 cup mayo; 1/2 cup sour cream; 1 cup parmesian cheese; 1 cup pepper jack cheese
