INGREDIENTS

1 cup of diced apples (I take the skin off)

1 cup of diced pears (skin on)
•
2 tbsp of flour
•
2 tbsp brown sugar
•
2 tsp cinnamon
•
1 tsp nutmeg
•
pinch of salt
•
2 tbsp of butter, diced (to be divided between the jars)
•
1 prepared pie crust dough (I used 1 store bought rolled crust)
•
4 1/2 pint mason jars or 8 4oz mason jars
