Ingredients: 1 cup of diced apples (I take the skin off); 1 cup of diced pears (skin on); 2 tbsp of flour; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp nutmeg; pinch of salt; 2 tbsp of butter, diced (to be divided between the jars); 1 prepared pie crust dough (I used 1 store bought rolled crust); 4 1/2 pint mason jars or 8 4oz mason jars
