Ingredients: 2 pound package frozen cubed hash browns; 16 ounce carton sour cream (full fat is best); 1 can cream of celery (cream of chicken works, too); 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1/3 cup butter, melted; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs (eat the rest of the box yourself, it’s a sacrifice but I believe in you!)
