V-8 Soup

Given to me by dear friend. Very versatile soup. Can change meat or eliminate altogether. Change veggies, add pasta, canned tomatoes, whatever. Can put in slow cooker & let simmer all day.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
mixed vegetables, frozen
1 jar(s)
V-8 juice

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground meat in dutch oven. May add a chopped onion if desired.
2add veggies and 64 ounce jug of V-8 juice.
3bring to boil, cook at least 20 minutes to blend flavors & be sure veggies all cooked.
