Stuffed Pepper Soup made w/sausage
This recipe is usually made with hamburger, we wanted to kick it up a notch, adding the hot sausage was a winner!

- 2 lb
- hot italian sausage
- 4 large
- green bell peppers
- 3 can(s)
- progresso chunky tomatoe soup
- 1 1/4 c
- white rice (uncooked) minute rice okay
1Remove casing from sausage, brown sausage till no longer pink (should be crumbly )
2cut bell peppers into bite size pieces
3put sausage, cut up bell peppers, and (uncooked) rice into crock-pot add cans of soup.
4Cook on low for 6-8 hours- add salt & pepper to taste
