Southern Cabbage Soup
You'll be proud of me I took a pic of it while it was still in the pot.
I made a whole lot because we love leftovers and it just tastes so much better the second time around.

- 1 large cabbage, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
1Put all ingredients in a large pot. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until veggies are tender.
