Easy Vegetable Soup

Many years ago, someone in the family collected recipes from descendants of my great grandparents, William M. and Florence E. (Snodgrass) Whaley and had them compiled into a cookbook. I am posting those recipes here so that they will not be lost. This recipe was submitted by Sheila Brock and Effie Palmer.

2 pkg
ramen oriental noodles (chicken or beef)
10 oz
can ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can(s)
ranch style beans
1 can(s)
whole kernal corn
1 can(s)
green beans
1 can(s)
english peas
any other canned vegetables you like
1 lb
ground beef, browned (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Fill Dutch oven about 1/3 full of water. Add ramen oriental noodles and cook as directed.
After noodles are cooked, add remainder o vegetables (and cooked ground beef, if desired). Simmer until hot
