1Melt 2 TBSP. butter in a large pan or dutch oven. Add 3/4 cup chopped onion and cook 3 minutes. Add 6 cups water and 6 bouillion cubes (chicken)bring to a boil. Add 8 oz fine egg noodles and 1 tsp. salt. Boil uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2Stir in 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder. Cook 4 minutes till well mixed. Add 6 cups milk, 1 pound velveeta cheese (cubed), and a few dashes of pepper. Cook and stir till hot.
