Ingredients

1 lb pkg
black-eyed peas dried
1 lg can(s)
rotel tomatoes, original
1/2 large
onion, diced
2-3 small
jalapenos, chopped
1 1/2 lb
polish kielbasa
2 Tbsp
chili powder
to taste pinch
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Wash peas add to pot and cover with water boil till almost tender

2add all ingredients (except rotel)cook till tender

3Add rotel and simmer for 10 minutes serve with cornbread
