Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

COOK IN CROCKPOT ON LOW OVERNIGHT:

leftover turkey frame, liquid
leftover ham bone, liquid
chicken stock to generously cover

THE NEXT DAY, STRAIN THE BROTH AND RETURN LIQUID TO CROCKPOT, ADD:

chunks of turkey and/or ham
sweet potatoes
mashed potatoes or scalloped potatoes
green beans or green bean casserole
any other leftover vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, etc
stuffing/dressing
gravy
celery, cut up
chopped onions
seasonings to taste (sage, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary)
more liquid if needed (water or chicken stock)

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook in crockpot on low for 4-6 hours or until it calls to you. Serve with love.
