Vegetable Beef Soup

This is a very easy soup recipe.
My family said this recipe was a keeper. Great for these cold winter days.

Ingredients

1/2 lb
ground chuck, cooked
2 can(s)
(14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 can(s)
(8 ounce) tomato sauce
2 c
water
1 pkg
(16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg
(16 ounce) frozen soup mix
1/2 c
dry onion soup mix

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large pot over medium high heat, saute the ground chuck for about 5 minutes or until browned

Drain off excess fat.

Add the tomatoes, sauce, water, vegetables and soup mix.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
