Ingredients

pork tenderloin (2.5 lbs)
1
diced sweet onion
3
granny smith apples, peeled & diced
1/2 c
apple cider vinegar
10 medium
potatoes, peeled & diced
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup (49.5 oz)
6 can(s)
bud lite apple-rita (8 oz)
2 can(s)
green beans

Step-By-Step

1I used a large roaster oven. Put in all ingredients. Pork Tenderloin was frozen. Add extra water as needed. Slow cook overnight.

2In the morning, take pork out. Let cool a bit to handle. Shred and put back in pot.

3Add whatever seasonings you like. I added worcestershire sauce, lawry's, montreal steak seasoning
