Ingredients

rotisserie chicken, deboned or 1 large can of chicken
1
small box of velveeta
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
creamed corn
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup
1 can(s)
ro-tel tomatoes
1 can(s)
veg-all vegetables (well drained)
option: you can use frozen mixed vegetables in place of the veg-all

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut the Velveeta into about 1" cubes. Set aside.
Put chicken, soups and vegetables into a large stock pot or dutch oven. Add the cubed Velveeta.
Simmer on low, stirring occasionally until cheese is completely melted. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
