Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients

1 c
milk
1 c
water
8 oz
grated velvetta
8 oz
cheddar cheese grated
8 oz
mozzarella cheese grated
8 oz
colby cheese grated
10 oz
chopped cook broccoli
1 small
onion chopped
1 Tbsp
crushed garlic

Directions Step-By-Step

Put water and milk in large pot and bring to slow boil.

Add all 4 cheeses and simmer until melted.

Add cooked and chopped broccoli, onion and garlic. (Left overs work great for this.)

Let simmer for about 6 minutes. Add milk to thin out the soup if needed.

(Note: no need for salt due to the salt in the cheese but you may prefer to add pepper. Also chopped cooked bacon is GREAT in this soup.
