When I make chili , I usually have left overs to freeze.
So later, instead of serving chili alone or with ole corn bread,
I thought why not make cornmeal waffles,
and top it with the left over chili.
Bingo! it turned out quick easy and delicious.
This is a great little recipe for lunch or a snack.
Something different to serve family or friends.
Pork sausage links would be nice with this dish.
I hope you will enjoy it, as we do.
Hugs,... Nancy P. 9/10/14
