Chili Beer Soup with Pasta

I just use light beer. You can use dark beers but different beers will yield different flavors. Experiment with different beer's until you find the one you like.

Ingredients

1 medium
onion diced
2 can(s)
beer i use bud light different beers will make different flavor
1 jar(s)
chili sauce
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
each chili powder and cumin
4 clove
garlic minced
1/2 c
brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 c
water
1
knorr's homestyle beef bouillon
1 lb
ground beef cooked and drained
8 oz
pasta cooked and drained
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first 8 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.

While this is simmering cook your beef and pasta. Set aside.

Add water and bouillon to the chili beer ingredients. Cook until bouillon is completely dissolved.

Stir in the pasta and meat. Serve in bowls with cheese on top.
