I like to make up my own chili recipes. So many variations. This one is a keeper!

Ingredients

2 lbs
beer brats casing removed
1
large onion chopped
1 med
green bell pepper chopped
3 Tbls
chili powder
1 28 oz ca
tomato puree
1 28 oz
tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
1 can
condensed tomato soup
1 sm can
tomato paste
1 can
kidney beans with liq
1 can
black beans rinsed
1can
navy beans drained
1 cup
water

Step-By-Step

1Break up brats and cook in lrg fry pan until cooked through, drain grease

2Add chopped onion and bell pepper (can add jalapeƱo pepper as well if desired) cook until soft

3Add chili powder, salt, pepper as desired.

4In large soup pot add all tomato products and water. Stir well to dissolve soup and tomato paste.

5Add meat onion pepper mixture. Bring to a simmer then add beans.

6Simmer for approx. 1/2 hr and enjoy with a loaf of crusty bread
