Ingredients For egg drop soup

  • 8 c
    chicken broth
  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • green onions or chives

How To Make egg drop soup

  • 1
    Bring the broth to a rolling boil. While it's heating, crack all the eggs into a bowl and break the yolks but don't beat them.
  • 2
    Remove the broth from heat, and while stirring gently pour the eggs in slowly. Season with salt and pepper
  • 3
    Serve topped with chopped green onions, or chives
