8 c
chicken broth
8 large
eggs
salt and pepper to taste
green onions or chives

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring the broth to a rolling boil. While it's heating, crack all the eggs into a bowl and break the yolks but don't beat them.

Remove the broth from heat, and while stirring gently pour the eggs in slowly.

Season with salt and pepper

Serve topped with chopped green onions, or chives
