This is an easy soup that my friends like. It can be changed to anyone's liking. The oregeno makes this soup. Cooking time is long but worth it.

Ingredients

1 lb
hamburger
2 box
beef broth, reduced sodium
1 Tbsp
oregano, dried
1/2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium
bay leaf
6 oz
each, lima beans, black eye peas, and corn or any other peas
3 medium
potatos peeled and diced in bitesize pieces

Step-By-Step

1Cook meat in soup pot, strain and drain.

2Add broth, oregano, salt, pepper and bay leaf to pot. Cook at least 1 hour on low covered. Add peas and beans cook 10 minutes then add potatoes and corn cook till potatos are done.

3Season to Taste
