Ingredients

ground beef
1 large
white potato, peeled and diced
1 medium
tomato, diced
1 medium
turnip

baby portebello mushrooms, sliced
1 stalk(s)
celery, destringed and sliced

carrots, peeled and sliced

scallions, sliced (mostly whites with a little green)
1 medium
ear of corn, kernels cut from cob
1 small
bunch broccoli, chopped
2 can(s)
beef broth
1 1/2 c
uncooked egg noodles
1 Tbsp
parsley
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
curry powder

Directions Step-By-Step

In a skillet, brown the ground beef.

Place cooked beef and all other ingredients in a large pot. Add water to cover.

Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
