Boil chicken breast until no pink remains. Remove, cool, and dice.
In a large pot heat butter and saute onions and garlic. Add broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, worcestershir sauce and taco seasoning. Chop cilantro and add to pot. Drain canned corn and add to pot. Add diced chicken. Heat to boil, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes before serving.
