Ingredients

1/2 c
oil
1 large
onion, chopped
1 large
bell pepper chopped
2 stick
celery chopped
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomatoe paste
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 small
slab of salt meat cubed - boiled seperatly
1 pkg
shell noodles - boiled seperatly
1 tsp
menced garlic
2 lb
raw shrimp pre seasoned with:
salt, pepper, garlic powder, tony chachere & worcestershire sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

IN OIL, BROWN ONION, BELL PEPPER, CELERY AND GARLIC.

ADD STEWED TOMATOES (CHOP AS NEEDED), TOMATOES PASTE & TOMATO SAUCE. SMOOTHER ON LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS.

ADD BOILED SALT MEAT AND COOK FOR 10 MINS.

ADD A LITTLE HOT WATER AND COOK FOR 10 MINS.

ADD SEASONED RAW SHRIMP & PARSLEY.
ADD A LITTLE MORE WATER. COOK FOR 15 MINS

ADD POTATOES AND HOT/BOILING WATER ( ABOUT HALF THE AMOUNT DESIRED FOR THE COMPLETE SOUP.) LET BOIL FOR ANOTHER 15 MINS

THEN SLOWLY ADD THE REST OF THE WATER TILL DESIRED AMOUNT IS REACHED. COOKING TILL POTATOES ARE COOKED.
