- 6 cups water
- 1pkg (28oz) hash brown potatoes, shredded
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 stick velveeta chell, small pkg,
- 1 can of evaorated milk sm. can
- 3 chicken bouilion cubes
1cook hash browns in water with bouilion cubes.
gradually fold the cream soup in with potatoes.
2add the cheese and milk. stir until cheese is melted.
3serve with bacon bits on top if desired.
