kim's cabbage roll soup

I had a craving for cabbage rolls the other day but only half a head of cabbage. I rummaged through my cupboards to see what I could come up with to make cabbage roll soup. This mix of ingredients came out perfect. You could always add a little garlic or red pepper flakes if you want to add some zest to it but my family and I enjoyed it this way.

Ingredients For kim's cabbage roll soup

32 ozbeef broth

24 oztomato juice

1/2head of cabbage cut into bite size pieces

1 lbhamburger cooked and drained

1 cuncooked rice

1 tspsalt
How To Make kim's cabbage roll soup

1Mix together in a pot broth, juice burger and cabbage.

2Boil until cabbage begins to soften, approximately 20 minutes.

3Add rice and salt.

4Bring back to a boil and allow to simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until rice is done.
