Ingredients

2 can(s)
v-8 vegetable juice (spicy if you want a spicy soup)
1 sm. bag
mixed vegetables, frozen
1 pkg
ranch style dressing mix
1 can(s)
ranch style beans
1 c
chicken broth
1 c
water
1 tsp
seasoning salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 bag
italian style frozen meatballs.
1 c
rice select royal blend, texmati white, brown, wild, & red rice

Step-By-Step

1Pour all ingredients into a large soup pot over a high flame.
2Stir in seasonings reduce heat and cover.
3stir every 3-5 minutes. Make sure you do not over cook rice and make sure the meat balls are throughly heated.
4Serve with cheese shredds OR cubes, green onions and garlic bread or corn bread. Enjoy!
