chicken broth
1 tsp
salt
pinch
white pepper

bunch green onions

eggs, slightly beaten

Step-By-Step

1Heat chicken broth, salt and white pepper to boiling in 2 quart saucepan.
2Stir green onions into eggs.
3Pour egg mixture slowly into boiling broth, stirring constantly with fork to form shreds of egg.
