I have seen countless recipes for EGG DROP SOUP, and just about all of them are different. Here's my verson. This recipe is for Eddie's cook book TIME after TIME

Ingredients

1 tsp
ginger chopped course
3
green onions chopped fine
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
6 c
chicken broth low salt or unsalted
2 Tbsp
soy sauce, light
2 Tbsp
sherry vinegar
2 medium
eggs well beaten
2 Tbsp
corn starch

Step-By-Step

1Cook chopped ginger and chopped onions in sesame oil
2Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sherry vinegar.
3Bring to a simmer, ster with a whisk add the egg mixture.
4Cook for two minutes.
