Ingredients

1 tsp
ginger chopped course

green onions chopped fine
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
6 c
chicken broth low salt or unsalted
2 Tbsp
soy sauce, light
2 Tbsp
sherry vinegar
2 medium
eggs well beaten
2 Tbsp
corn starch

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook chopped ginger and chopped onions in sesame oil

Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sherry vinegar.

Bring to a simmer, ster with a whisk add the egg mixture.

Cook for two minutes.
