cucumbers, peeled and seeded
plain yogurt (4 cups)
In a food processor, puree 4 cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
Grate the remaining 4 cucumbers, wrap with cheesecloth or paper towels and squeeze out the liquid.
Whisk or stir in the yogurt, buttermilk, dill, lemon juice, and Tabasco.
Add salt and pepper to taste and chill before serving.
