Ingredients

3 lbs
lean ground beef cooked, drained, crumbled
1
large yellow onion, cooked with ground beef
1 ea can(s)
can of light red kidney beans,., dark red kidney beans and black beans
2 can(s)
pinto beans
2 can(s)
chili tomato sauce hot
2 can(s)
28 oz diced tomatoes, can use the mexican or with green peppers- your choice
1 tbsp
red pepper flakes or to taste
3 tbsp
chili powder or to taste
1 cp
macaroni or shells or pasta of your choice, cooked and drained

Directions Step-By-Step

cook, drain, crumble the ground beef with chopped onion. In a large pot place all other ingredients and start warming. Add drained meat/onion/spices. Simmer for a couple of hours. I make this a day ahead of when we want to eat it. Can also freeze this.
