Ingredients

onions, sliced
4 Tbsp
butter
2 c
scallops
2 c
boiling water
1 c
potatoes, diced
4 c
scalded milk
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Saute onions in butter.
2Remove onions from pan.
3Cut up scallops and saute in butter.
4Add onions, scallops and potatoes to boiling water.
5Simmer 30 minutes.
6Add scalded milk and simmer 15 minutes.
7Add seasoning.
