How To Make lobster gazapacho

1In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients together.

2Let soup sit for 4 hours; serve soup cool, in chilled bowls.

3Cook, chill, and mince lobster meat.

4Peel, seed, and dice cucumber.

5Seed and finely mince jalapeno.

6Peel, pit, and dice avocados.
