While visiting my aunt in Rogersville, MO last weekend, one of her wonderful neighbors gave me this delicious potato soup recipe. Very easy!

5 lbyukon gold potatoes, peeled and chopped

chicken broth to cover the potatoes

salt and pepper to taste

8 ozcream cheese, cut up

dried dill to taste

1 ptheavy cream
How To Make yukon gold potato soup - steph

1Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces; cook in chicken broth (enough to cover the potatoes) until soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted; add dill to your taste and a pint of heavy cream.

2Stir all until the cheese is melted and continue stirring until the soup is hot and ready to eat. ENJOY!
