I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM ONE OF MY COWORKERS AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, I WILL TELL YOU THOUGH, I DONT ADD THE POTATOES BECAUSE I JUST DONT LIKE POTATOES IN SOUP

Ingredients

2 stick
butter

KNOEPHLA DOUGH

2 c
flour

eggs
enough milk to make a soft dough

TO FINISH THE SOUP

whipping cream

Step-By-Step

1YOU MELT THE BUTTER IN YOUR SOUP KETTLE, ADD THE ONIONS AND CELERY AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT, ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE SOFT
2FOR THE DOUGH, PUT 2 CUPS OF FLOUR IN YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR, ADD 3 EGGS BEATEN AND THEN ENOUGH MILK TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE IN YOUR AREA
3BRING THE SOUP TO A BOIL, SNIP NOODLES INTO SOUP, JUST BEFORE YOU SERVE, ADD A PINT OF WHIPPING CREAM
