Ingredients

2 1/2 c
diced cooked chicken
16 oz
cream-style corn
16 oz
cut corn
1 c
diced onions
2 c
diced potatoes
2 c
chicken broth
2 c
1/2 and 1/2 cream
white pepper to taste
3 Tbsp
butter
roux to thicken the soup
3 Tbsp
chicken base or to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In a stock pot, Saute the chicken. Add the potatoes & onions in water boil until tender. Add all the remaining ingredients to the stock pot, (except) half and half & roux. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, now add cream or milk temper the milk in the stock, and Roux to get the texture you like. Simmer another 15 minutes.
